The invitation includes:
- Round Flight to Cosmobelleza & Wellness 09 in Barcelona
- 2 days accommodation in a 4/5* Hotel
- To be in the distributors zone of our magazines and web site
- Entrances and discounts for your company and clients to attend Cosmobelleza & Wellness shows, congresses and Workshops
- VIP Entrance that allows you to enter all the trade show events (speakers, workshops, shows, congresses, etc)
- Transfer to the Hotel – Trade Show – Hotel
- 2 free entrances to the 3rd. Meda Cosmetic & Beauty Forum with meals and Gala dinner included, and authorities of the participant countries.
- Business Rounds-Appointments agenda (12 appointments in 2 days) in which you choose who you want to meet.
The registration to Business Rounds will not supposes the participation, after registration you will receive an e-mail from the organization, confirmating your participation as a “hosted buyer”.
Those buyers who are no selected as “Hosted Buyer” will receive 2 free entrances to attend Cosmobelleza & Wellness and visit the trade show (previous info confirmation)
Cosmobelleza & Wellness is responsible for the coordination of the Hosted Buyer participation and the appointment organization service. Flights and Accommodation will be reserved by Cosmobelleza & Wellness. The travel program will be sent previously for your authorization before we buy it.
Attendence
“Hosted Buyers” are committed to select at least 12 Business Rounds participants for a meeting and attend to this meetings.
In case you can not attend to one of the appointments, “Hosted Buyers” should contact Cosmobelleza & Wellness to select other time or company.
The attending will be controlled, no show supposes a 600 € charge.
Cancellations and no shows
Charges for cancellation
Of you need to cancel your participation to Business Rounds, you must provide written notice by e-mail to rondasdenegocios@cosmobelleza.com, and you should receive a recipt confirmation e-mail.
- Cancellations received on December 15th or before will have no charge.
- Cancellations received between December 15th and January 7th will incur a fee of 300 euros.
- Charges will be debited form the credit card details you have provided.
